RETURN POLICY

Is my order able to be returned?
Indeed, it is feasible to do this.
Within 7 days after delivery, you have the opportunity to return any things that you are unhappy with.
In this instance, the order needs to fulfill the following requirements:
- The order still has all of the original parts and components, and the package was sent in perfect condition.
- Normal product handling is clearly visible; breakage resulting from negligent treatment is not included.
- Goods that require special attention to hygiene have been fully cleaned before being returned.
- As soon as the product is received, a fault is discovered.
- We have the right to bill the consumer for shipping expenses.
- If all requirements are satisfied, a refund will be processed in 7 working days and formally certified during that time.
*If we believe that the returned goods have been used or damaged without our fault, we have the right to reject the return of the goods.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, you will need to do the following to start the returns process.

- Make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first name + last name
- Customer address
After that, we will provide you the return address.
Don't ever return anything to the sender! When you ask for the proper address, we will give it to you. The cost of return postage is on you, the consumer.
If the customer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for reasons unrelated to their business or professional activity, they have the right of withdrawal under the following provision:

The final day that you or a third party not affiliated with the carrier you designate has accepted or received the goods is when you have 14 days to cancel.
Orders are filled immediately upon placement since our system is entirely automated.
Therefore, a refund upon receipt of the items is not feasible, as we are unable to stop the shipment process until delivery.
You must give us (Velvet Varanda) explicit notice of your desire to withdraw from this contract, such as via email, in order to use your right of withdrawal. After we get the products, the revocation is finalized. The customer is responsible for covering the expense of returning the items.
Enrollment for shipments that are on route
There could be lengthier travel periods because our products are transported from Asia, which is beyond of our control. It is not possible to cancel an order once the items are on route to you. Please do not return the items to us until after you have received them. Of course, you are able to notify us of your cancellation in advance.
We request that you provide us with a shipment confirmation in order to ensure the quickest possible return.
Implications of revocation
We shall reimburse any money we have received from you in the event that you terminate this agreement.
except for shipping expenses (apart from any extra expenses brought on by the circumstances
given that you have selected a different delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery available), as soon as possible and, if not before, within fourteen days after the day on which we
have been notified that you are withdrawing from this contract and that the items have been received. Unless we have specifically agreed differently with you, we will provide you a refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial purchase. There won't be any fees associated with this refund.
Return expenses:
Velvet Varanda does not provide a free returns policy, as stated on the website and in our terms and conditions. This implies that the customer is liable for the return shipping expenses. Orders will be dispatched from Asia to the customer, as stated in the terms and conditions and on the website, and the customer will also be responsible for returning the returned product to our single central warehouse in Asia. Please be aware that the cost of a return might range from £20 to £40.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE
NOTE: There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to orders that are returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refusals at delivery, inability to pick up at customs, or inability to pick up at the local post office. Prior to processing, these costs will be subtracted from the overall return amount.
